Movement is only one part of this spiritual discipline. Pranayama, or Yogic breath work, is a wonderful tool to prepare the body and mind for Meditation. Both breath work and meditation are extremely powerful methods of relieving stress and anxiety, increasing mental focus and clarity, and promoting inner peace and relaxation. Props and mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d like.

Lee Devi is a queer and nonbinary Yoga instructor who offers queer Yoga classes in Lakewood, Ohio and LGBTQ+ friendly yoga classes in Ohio City, Cleveland. As a queer Yoga instructor, Lee aims to provide classes that are accessible to all body types, shapes, and sizes, differently abled people, chronically ill people, neurodivergent people, and those who may be hypermobile or experience chronic pain.
