Online or in person, I’m honored to support your growth. Each private Yoga session includes guidance through a personalized Yoga practice, plus time for exploration and discussion. In-person private sessions may also include hands-on assisting, at the client's discretion.

I have been practicing Yoga for well over a decade under several respected teachers, and have dedicated the past seven years to studying Yoga, Ayurveda, and complimentary disciplines. I am so grateful for every opportunity to share the tools I've gained along this path. If you're ready to walk with someone and improve your quality of life, then I am ready to walk with you.

I love working with clients to connect with their bodies, ground their energy, and open their hearts to align with higher wisdom. My specialties as a teacher include: Hatha, Vinyasa, Tantra, and gentle Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga, and personalized guided Breath Work and Meditation sessions. If you can sit or lay down and breathe, then you can practice Yoga.

Movement is only one part of this spiritual discipline. Pranayama, or Yogic breath work, is a wonderful tool to prepare the body and mind for meditation. Both breath work and meditation are extremely powerful methods of relieving stress and anxiety, increasing mental focus and clarity, and promoting inner peace and relaxation. Private yoga, breath work, and meditation sessions can be received online or in person, and are tailored to meet your unique needs and desires.

The breath is like a remote control for the nervous system. By controlling the breath, we can activate the parasympathetic, or "rest & digest," response at will. Meanwhile, improper breathing can actually create more tension and anxiety. Proper breathing is not something we are taught in school, and since we take it for granted, it is common to become habituated into poor breathing patterns. The breath is something we can all access, so this is Yoga for everyone.
