Online or in person, I’m honored to support your growth. Each private Yoga session includes guidance through a personalized Yoga practice, plus time for exploration and discussion. In-person private sessions may also include hands-on assisting, at the client's discretion.
I have been practicing Yoga for well over a decade under several respected teachers, and have dedicated the past seven years to studying Yoga, Ayurveda, and complimentary disciplines. I am so grateful for every opportunity to share the tools I've gained along this path. If you're ready to walk with someone and improve your quality of life, then I am ready to walk with you.
I love working with clients to connect with their bodies, ground their energy, and open their hearts to align with higher wisdom. My specialties as a teacher include: Hatha, Vinyasa, Tantra, and gentle Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga, and personalized guided Breath Work and Meditation sessions.
Sessions may include:
Yoga poses (or asanas) to improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture, coordination, mind-body connection, concentration, and focus
Techniques to relieve stress, anxiety, burnout, tension, pain, and to calm the nervous system.
Yogic breath work (or pranayama)
Guided meditation for deep rest & rejuvenation
Hands-on assisting (at client's discretion)
Yoga Philosophy for spiritual inspiration
Ayurveda, or the practice of restoring balance to your unique mind-body constitution, which promotes a higher quality of life
Tantra, or the practice of integrating the "shadow" aspect of the subconscious mind to heal limiting beliefs and blockages

Breath Work + Meditation
If you can sit in a chair or lay down, breathe, and meditate, then you can practice Yoga. Yoga truly is for everyone!
The breath is like a "remote control" for the nervous system, and by controlling the breath we can activate the parasympathetic, or "rest & digest," response at will. However, improper breathing can actually create more tension and anxiety. Proper breathing is not something we are taught in school, and since we take it for granted, it is common to become habituated into poor breathing patterns.
Practicing pranayama, or Yogic breath work, is a wonderful tool to prepare the body and mind for meditation. Both breath work and meditation are extremely powerful methods of relieving stress, reducing anxiety, increasing mental focus and clarity, and promoting inner peace and relaxation.
Each private breath work and meditation session is tailored to your unique needs as a client. Sessions can be offered online or in person, but if done online the session(s) can be recorded and replayed as many times as you like, for use in a regular spiritual practice!
Sessions may include:
Intention setting
Techniques to relieve stress, anxiety, fear, burnout, anger, and to calm the nervous system
Chanting/ recitation of mantra (or prayer)
Use of mudra (Yogic hand gestures)
Mindful breathing techniques (pranayama)
Guided meditation for deep rest & rejuvenation, enhanced focus, grounding, spiritual connection, or another intention
