Monday Yoga for All Bodies Classes (by donation!)

Yoga for everyone. Because all bodies are good bodies. By donation. Every Monday, 6-7:15pm at Worts & Wards in Ohio City, Cleveland.

If you can sit or lay down and breathe, then you can practice Yoga. Movement is only one part of this spiritual discipline. Pranayama, or Yogic breath work, is a wonderful tool to prepare the body and mind for Meditation. Both breath work and meditation are extremely powerful methods of relieving stress and anxiety, increasing mental focus and clarity, and promoting inner peace and relaxation.

Join Lee Devi (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) for this weekly Yoga, breath work, and meditation class, tailored to the specific needs of whoever shows up. Come connect with your body, ground your energy, calm your mind, and open your heart to higher wisdom.

I have been practicing Yoga for 15+ years under several respected teachers, and have dedicated the past decade to studying Yoga, Ayurveda, and complimentary disciplines. I am so grateful for every opportunity to share the tools I've gained along this path. If you're ready to work on Yoga and improve your quality of life, then Yoga will work on you.
